Ingredient:
150g Salted Bulter
150g Brown Sugar
150g Castor Sugar
100g Egg
350g Flour
13g Baking Soda
200g Collata Dark Choc Chips (any choc chips)
150g Walnut
100g Dark Choc Compound (melted)
Method:
1. Blend butter, brown sugar & sugar until fluffy
2. Pour egg slowly
3. Add in flour, baing soda, choc chips, melted choc compound & walnut.
4. Take 10g each dough & arrange on baking greased baking tray
5. Bake 160C at 20 min
6. Dip in dark choc compound as decoration
