Best Choc Moist Cake/Sugar syrup buttercream


Ingredients :
1 cup margarine
1 3/4 cup sugar ( I used 1 1/2 cup)
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups multi-purpose flour
6 tblspn unsweetend cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspn baking soda
1 1/2 cup fresh milk
1 1/2 teaspn vanilla essence
1 teaspn salt

Instructions :
1. Preheat oven to 175 Deg Cel.
2. Grease and line 9x13" pan ( I used 9" round pan)
3. Sift together flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt.
4. Cream together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
5. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
6. Beat in flour alternately with milk, mixing just until incorporated.
7. Pour batter into pan and bake for 40-45 mins. Allow to cool on a wire rack. Garnish as desired.

Topping Coklat {hanieliza]


250 gm cooking coklat
1 sudu besar majerin
1/2 cawan fresh cream/whipping cream

1. Cairkan cooking coklat secara double-boil.
2. Angkat dari air panas tadi dan masukkan sfresh cream/whipping cream dan majerin dan kacau sehingga sebati.
3. Tuangkan atas kek dan hiaslah mengikut citarasa sendiri.

Sugar Syrup Butter Cream
250 gm gula castor
1 cawan air
250 gm cream margarine
2 tsp vanilla

Masak gula dan hingga menjadi syrup.Pukul butter dan margarine hingga pekat gebu.Kemudian masukkan air gula dan ese vanilla dan pukul lagi sehingga halus da gebu.
